What is a chiropractor?

Doctors of chiropractic medicine, or D.C.’s, adjust the spine with easy, manual thrusts to move the spinal vertebrae to their normal positions. A chiropractor can also adjust the joints of the neck, arms, and legs. Spinal adjustments may relieve a wide array of ailments such as headaches, certain types of migraines, menstrual cramps, allergies, asthma, stomach disorders, spastic colon, muscle spasms, numbness, tingling, and arm, hand, and leg pain due to dysfunction of the neck or lower back. Some patients with asthma and emphysema turn to chiropractic care to help release tension in the chest.  Research is helping to determine that manipulation of the neck can also help the ears drain properly to alleviate otitis media (ear infection) in children.

When you call our office, we will get you in that very same day if possible. No waiting in a cold reception room for hours. We recognize that your time is valuable which is why we offer early morning and evening appointments. Walk-in's are always welcome.

Insurance coverage.

Currently we are only in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, but there generally are chiropractic benefits for out of network carriers. We are more than happy to check on benefits for you when you come in for your consultation!
